We’re all counting down the days until we get to see some more action and it can be a challenge to keep track of what MMA events are coming up. We’ve taken a look at the calendars for some of the major MMA organisations for the week starting 8th of March and put together this weeks upcoming MMA events for you, so you can plan out what fight cards will fill your week’s viewing!
Upcoming UFC events
We’re just coming off the fantastic card the UFC put on last week but now we’ve got a week off before their next event. On the 10th of April we see Darren Till return to try and stop the rise of Marvin Vetorri in what should be a great match up.
Upcoming ONE Championship events
We have to wait till next week to see any action from ONE Championship as well, with Mighty Mouse challenging Moraes for the ONE flyweight world title on the 7th of April. There have been a few changes to the card (we’re devastated that Jacob Smith isn’t going to take on Rodtang anymore) and we’ll break it down for you next week.
Upcoming Bellator events

It’s finally the week we see the return of Bellator, with Pitbull vs Sanchez II this Friday. The main event sees the rematch between Pitbull and Sanchez as part of the Bellator Featherweight Grand Prix and has Pitbull’s featherweight belt on the line to add to the stakes. The winner will progress to the finals of the grand prix and take on AJ McKee. We’re definitely interested in the main event outcome, but we’re more excited for the lightweight co-main, which brings us the debut of Usman Nurmagomedov (cousin to the legendary UFC star). He’ll be facing Mike Hamel and we’re very interested to see if he lives up to the weight of that family name.
Full Card:
Patricio Freire vs. Emmanuel Sanchez (Featherweight Grand Prix Semi Final & Featherweight World Title)
Usman Nurmagomedov vs. Mike Hamel
Neiman Gracie vs. Jason Jackson
Kana Watanabe vs. Alejandra Lara
Jack May vs. Tyrell Fortune
Upcoming Invicta FC events
Invicta doesn’t have any upcoming MMA events booked yet, we’ll keep on checking and updating you when we can.
