A wave of new boxing gloves has come through in February from Blitz, some updated products to replace many of their previous ranges, as well as a couple of new additions. Most of the gloves are available in several basic colours, but the PU Boxing Gloves, and the Standard Leather Boxing Gloves are also available in a range of bright neon colours. There is also a pair of gloves which come with some of the different UK countries’ flags, so you can show off your national pride. We’ve selected a couple of examples of the colours available below to show some of the variation, but make sure to check out each pair to see the colours available.
As well as the great new gear in last month’s New Fight Gear roundup, Drako Sports have also released their new Bullseye Leather Bag Gloves, which come in black with blue lines following the contours of the glove, for a futuristic appeal.
The big reveal from Hayabusa in February was their Limited Edition Tokushu Regenesis Stealth Boxing Gloves, with a full black design. The minimal visuals go really well with the style of the Tokushu Regenesis range. As well as the gloves, Hayabusa have also released their first ever range of Kickboxing shorts. The shorts are designed primarily for their Glory partnership, but have released both Glory and Hayabusa branded versions. They’ve also released a few new bits of training equipment, including a 5ft heavy bag, and a sturdy looking kick shield.
Kimurawear have just released a new pair of Retro Muay Thai Shorts in black. These side-panelled shorts make for a good pair of modern looking Thai shorts in a classic style.
The main release from RDX in February was their Pale Gold Muay Thai shorts, which offer a low budget alternative to the side panelled style of shorts which have been gaining popularity recently.
Title boxing have released some special edition, colourful versions of their standard Gel boxing gloves, which are seemingly only available for a limited time. They’ve released special versions of 3 of their ranges; the World, Intense and Suspense boxing gloves, each with slightly different colour options.
Tuff Sport have released 12 new styles of Muay Thai shorts, each with a different set of visuals on. If you’re a fan of colourful Thai shorts which show your personality then check them out.
Venum have been busy, releasing lots of their gear in new colours. Their Predator Stand-up Shinguards are now available in both red and gold versions, which go great with their Giant 3.0 Boxing Gloves which we mentioned in December 2015’s article. You can also find the whole of their Venum Challenger 2.0 gear in black, neon orange and neon yellow.
Following on from their popular Carbon Muay Thai shorts, Yokkao have released their ‘Hurricane’ variant, this time with a white base and red side panels, which make for much more colourful alternative to their existing shorts.
